My poor baby :(

Joanna has been so healthy. Just a couple of times in Mexico that she had fever.

Before bedtime she had a fever and I gave some medicine. At 4am it broke. Then this morning at 8 it came back.

I took her to my friend's clinic and she's got strep throat and an ear infection. :( She looks so sad. And they gave her a shot in the booty.

Tomorrow she goes for a follow-up shot.

Hold 'em Texas!

We are poker players. We cannot have a family get together without someone pulling a deck of cards out of where ever.

December of 2005, I won a trip to Vegas and played in a Winner Takes All for $100,000. I came in 3rd of 10. I could have cried but I had Vegas in front of me. :D

I just downloaded Full Tilt Poker. I am having fun! I played in a tournament with 630 people and got to the big table! Unfortunately I was so in awe, I was the first one out. LOL. I came in 9th. I am off to bluff some more.

Like I needed another addiction!

Makeover!

Hubby went to get a haircut and I decided it was time for me, too. Joanna didn't want to be left out so after looking at a book of kid cuts, she chose this one. I know all parents think their kid is the cutest and I'm one of them! OMG, can she be anymore beautiful? :)

PTA

Joanna will be in tonight's PTA program. I can't find my video camera since we moved so I will be just taking pics.

The sang 10 Little Indians. The other class were the pilgrims. Joanna was serious the whole time. Then she saw me and actually smiled. I've been really shy my whole life and don't wish it on her. Any suggestions on how to help her??

Whose childhood is it anyway?

We went to the flea market today and bought this dollhouse for Joanna. I was soooo happy! Her last birthday, we saw one at Big Lots and didn't buy it then. When we decided on it, they were all out.

This one is so much better. I looooove it!! We spent 2 hrs playing on it and then she kept on. We just got back from dinner and the first thing she's doing it playing on it.

My sister was here with her kids when we arrived and they had been playing with it too. Fixed it up, so they say. LOL

I was just telling my mom that I wanted Joanna to watch the Wizard of Oz and guess what came on tonight? :)  I told her that I wanted her to watch the movie and she immediately sat down beginning to end.  She really enjoyed it.  And I enjoyed watching it with her.
